ABOUT RENSHINKAI KARATE
Renshinkai Karate is a mixture of many styles, mainly Kyokushinkai and Goju Ryu, taking out the essence of the other arts and bringing them together to form RENSHINKAI. For example it is not unusual to see holding techniques of wrestling, the footwork of boxing or ground fighting. Renshinkai Karate has a strict traditional discipline and a modern approach to training methods, with the main emphasis on practicality. It is not 'Sport karate' but a fighting art, training is always full contact.

MEET OUR STAFF
Started karate at the age of 19. Achieved a black belt in Shokukai Karate and trained in Kyokushinkai for over 4 years. Currently a 6th Dan in Renshinkai Karate. Has over 50 years of experience.
Shihan Abrar Hussain (6th Dan)
Owner and Chief Instructor
Started Renshinkai Karate at the age of 7. Achieved 1st Dan in 2014. Has been instructing for many years & working along side Shihan Abrar Hussain for the past 20 years.
Co-Owner and Instructor
Sensei Hasan Rizwan (3rd Dan)
Started karate at the age of 12. Suffered from dyslexia. Developing over the years at the Dojo with Shihan Abrars support. Becoming an instructor and Achieved 3rd Dan in 2022.
